Description

Please join us for another informative evening with the leaders of the Experienced Professionals Career Management office at Columbia Business School. The presentation will discuss the unique challenges and opportunities facing us at mid-career.

With the vast transformative changes in the workplace today, mid-career choices can be different and unexpected, as well as opportunities for personal growth. After a successful career, what do you do for your next act? How do you transition to a new role or get back into the game after a career break? How do you manage your career and stay relevant in a digital and technical world? How do you position yourself effectively at mid-career for new opportunities?

Tom Monaco, Executive Director, and Nancy Farina Johnston, Senior Associate Director, will facilitate the session on Tuesday night to address these questions, share best practices and examples, and revisit new and existing Columbia resources available to alums.
